About Me

I AM
Max Cruder -
My name is Max Cruder. I am someone who combines professional experience, creativity, and social responsibility. Throughout my life, I have gained a wide range of education and experiences that have prepared me for this new chapter.
During my training at the Technical College for Chemical Engineering, I sharpened my analytical thinking, developed an understanding of technical processes, and discovered my passion for precise work. This education provided me with a solid foundation for tackling complex tasks and finding innovative solutions.
Self-Employment with
maxcrude.com
For Conchita Wurst, who wowed Austria with her victory at the Eurovision Song Contest, I designed and sold the T-shirts. This experience allowed me to apply my graphic and organizational skills while learning how to independently manage projects—from the website to sales and even accounting.
Working in the
Social Sector
Since 2015, I have been working at WAG Wiener Assistenz Genossenschaft, supporting people with disabilities in their daily lives:
- at their workplace,
- with everyday tasks,
- around the house,
- and ensuring they get home safely.
This work taught me the importance of empathy, stress resilience, and the ability to respond to others’ needs.
Teaching at a
Middle School
In September 2016, I began studying Biology and Chemistry for teaching.
Two years later, I switched from Chemistry to History.
Since September 2022, I have been teaching Biology and History at a middle school in Vienna – a new chapter in my professional life that is especially close to my heart. Here, I can combine my academic and interpersonal skills and share my passion for science and history.
As of June 2025, I will have completed my Bachelor's degree.
MY
Motivation
I thrive on creating new things—whether in the lab, in the classroom, or as an entrepreneur. My background in technical chemistry, my experience as a self-employed founder, and my commitment to social work make me a versatile problem-solver with sharp analytical skills, creative energy, and a healthy dose of empathy.
For me, innovation is more than just technical solutions—it means inspiring people, connecting ideas, and achieving great things together.
